Accept you tried logging into your Microsoft account on a pc since you unsuccessfully tried to sign into your Windows Phone? They tin can go suspended for all kinds of reasons from a spam email being sent from your electronic mail to cheating on Xbox Live to having porn on your Sky bulldoze. Information technology tin can even get suspended by trying to employ it to sign into a new pc or phone information technology doesn't know.
If you can still access your ms account online, and then hard reset and try over again seems a logical step.

What error are you exactly getting? Many of the problems with signing with a Microsoft business relationship in Windows Phone has to do with the date and time. Make sure your phone date and time is correct. Get to Settings > Date+time
After any changes, restart

I accept an HTC 8X and I've had the misfortune of getting the same error message about "good reception" in regards to signing in to my MS business relationship through the phone. Fortunately I am able to sign in to Outlook and Facebook (though sometimes they are unable to sync properly) so the phone is non completely useless. Though when it comes to downloading new apps, updating current ones or accessing Office, I am out of luck due to the fact that you need to be logged into your MS account in lodge to keep with those actions.
Thank you, but unfortunately this did non solve my detail event.
Thank you for your input, I am running Win 8 on my device and later on much reading virtually my outcome this is the only possible solution I accept been able to come up with. I have been trying to sign in through WiFi for days now and take had no luck, as I said, Outlook and Facebook work ok, and IE is also functional. I will about likely be purchasing an AT&T program tomorrow, and the sim card should arrive in a few days. I will examination this solution for myself and report back to this thread with the results.

So I received my sim carte du jour from AT&T after some complications and a long headache. Unfortunately that did not solve the issue, simply I was able to resolve my problem using a different method. After speaking to someone from Microsoft customer service, he stated that my problem was a know event and the resolution was to "Restore my phone software".
The representative provided me with a link ( Link: goo -DOT- gl/CEAUqA ) to the page in order to download the "Windows Device Recovery" tool, the folio included stride by footstep instructions that were easy to follow. After downloading the software and following the instructions it seemed as though this might really work, (only that would exist too like shooting fish in a barrel, lol) until I ran into a small hiccup. While the tool was trying to download the necessary files it failed and stated that it was not able to download a specific file, and it advised to make sure my "Proxy settings are correct".
I tried a few things but goose egg worked, it kept failing, I was finally able to solve the upshot by downloading some other software tool from Microsoft. I followed a link ( Link: goo -DOT- gl/cnsDYj ) that provided a tool that would reset my Internet Explorer settings. I downloaded it and let it do its thing, it was pretty piece of cake to employ and again there were instructions on the page. Later the proxy settings were reset I tried to restore my phones software again, and lo and behold it was successful.
The phone software was uninstalled and reinstalled, ( Note: This process will erase everything on your phone so make certain to support your files ) I turned on the phone and it was as if I did a factory reset, (which I had already tried and did non work) once I got to the part to sign in to my Microsoft account I was able to sign in successfully
. I had to prepare upwardly all my settings and contacts again, but thats a small price to pay.
I promise I was able to help others with the same issue, good luck!... Now to figure out how to get this Xbox Music App to stream my music in my One Drive.
